Welcome to Vijaysutra, operated by ………………… (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, mobile application, or related services (“the Platform”), you agree to the following Terms and Policies, which govern your use of the Platform. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you (“the User,” “Subscriber,” or “Aspirant”) agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

Services Offered

The Platform provides access to a range of educational and preparatory services (“Services”) designed for competitive and government examinations. These include, without limitation: online courses and programs; live classes; recorded classes; assignments; mock tests; question-and-answer sessions; daily quizzes; current-affairs modules; previous-question-paper workouts and analysis; study materials and notes; progress tracking; certificates; and doubt-resolution sessions. All Services are intended solely for personal learning. Commercial or institutional use without our prior written consent is prohibited.

Eligibility

All aspirants — including students, working professionals, homemakers, and others — may purchase or subscribe to the Services. Eligibility to appear for any government examination depends exclusively on the criteria notified by the relevant authority for the respective posts and cadres (including 10th, 10 + 2, and graduation-level requirements). The Company does not determine or guarantee a User’s eligibility for any examination.

In the event that a Subscriber or Aspirant is a minor as defined under the applicable laws of India, including the Indian Majority Act, 1875, the Terms and Conditions and all related policies shall be deemed to have been accepted by the minor’s parent or legal guardian.

By permitting the minor to access or subscribe to the Platform, such parent or guardian expressly consents to be bound by these Terms on behalf of the minor and agrees to supervise and ensure the minor’s lawful and responsible use of the Platform.

All obligations, undertakings, and liabilities arising out of such use shall be jointly and severally binding upon both the minor and their parent or legal guardian.

Payments

All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR). Available billing options may include coursewise fees; and one-time payments for specific offerings. Payments are processed via secure third‑party payment gateways. We are not responsible for delays, errors, chargebacks, or technical failures of such processors. A detailed Refund Policy is available on the Platform and governs all refunds or adjustments.

Ownership of Content

All content made available through the Platform — including but not limited to courses, live and recorded classes, videos, assignments, quizzes, mock tests, question banks, current affairs materials, notes, software, designs, study resources, documentation, and other Learning Materials — constitutes the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and/or its licensors.

Users are granted only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use such content solely for individual educational purposes.

Except with the Company’s prior written authorization, Users shall not copy, record, download, capture, modify, translate, transmit, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform’s content, whether for commercial, academic, or public purposes.

Any unauthorized access, recording, copying, storage, sharing, distribution, or other use of the Platform’s content shall constitute a violation of the Copyright Act, 1957, and other applicable intellectual property laws of India.

Such infringement shall entitle the Company to pursue civil and criminal remedies, including injunctive relief, damages, account of profits, and prosecution under Sections 63 and 65 of the Copyright Act, 1957, as well as other relevant legal provisions.

The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any User account found involved in infringement or unauthorized use, and to take appropriate legal action without further notice.

User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) share, resell, or permit third‑party access to your account; (b) upload or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; (c) attempt to hack, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform or its security; (d) bypass access controls or content-protection measures. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of access. The Company reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, including civil and criminal proceedings under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable laws.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee rank improvement, exam success, or uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, instructors, and affiliates from any losses, claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
